Ode to recycling
11 08 2008This sculpture / piece was at Montreux on Lac Leman (Lake Geneva) in September, 2006 as a part of a public art festival. It was on the small ‘pontoon’ deck that’s just in front of the Freddie Mercury statue there.

The beach, through strawberry sunglasses
8 08 2008I took this in January, 2008 when on holidays at home in Sydney. Walking along the esplanade, these sunglasses were perched on one of the plinths that make up the wall of the path above the beach. This image just spoke to me as a quintessential Sydney summer’s day.
